Wintergreen Essential Oil 15 ml

Wintergreen, like Sweet Birch Essential Oil, can be a powerful pain reliever. However, it is too potentially dangerous to use on a routine basis.

Properly diluted, especially in a base of either St. John's Wort infused oil or Calophyllum Inophyllum, it can ease acute pain of gout, arthritis, etc.

WARNINGS: Use with extreme caution! Wintergreen, because of its high content of Methyl Salicylate, which builds up in the body, can contribute to Salicylate poisoning. It must never be used internally, and should not be used if over the counter medications containing Methyl Sal are also being used. It is also an irritant and a sensitizer. For use in local application only.

Keep away from children as Wintergreen's candy like aroma can result in poisoning.
