The Secrets of Eden guarantees all of it's products. We are willing to offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on any product sold at retail if you are not satisfied with said product. We offer a money back guarantee on items returned within 30 days of purchase and exchanges also within 30 days of purchase. We do not require that you return the product unless it is an exchange.
Also we highly suggest that if you are purchasing a product that you have never tried before, that you limit your quantity to one. We especially would like this to be followed on our Prostate Oil because it has an expiration date on it. In the case of Prostate Oil: if you purchase more than one and have never tried it, and want to return more than one, we will require a 20% restocking fee dedcuted from your total.
And we NO LONGER allow returns of any item purchased by our wholesale customers except in the case of product defect. Product defect is defined by our administrative staff, and the information about various products that could potentially qualify is available either verbally or in written from The Secrets of Eden. Although this is rarely an issue, we encourage wholesale customers who may be purchasing a product that they are not familiar with to call us during regular business hours. Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
